    1. My tip would be to inject your samples slowly and get as much of the sample as possible into each gel!

  1. In your picture of the PCR, I was wondering if you knew why only 4 of the 9 lanes appeared to have bands for the primers at the bottom of the gel.

    1. I am not actually sure for this, perhaps these samples had unused primers or were able to replicate DNA for efficiently than the other samples, thus resulting in unused primers.

    1. Nuftr1 could perhaps play a role in DNA damage repair, such as signaling repair machinery to come to a break, but the exact function of this gene is unknown.

    1. DNA damage can occur in many ways, a common way in humans is exposure to sunlight to the point that sunburns are caused!
