    1. I cannot answer that completely, but I can say that we would go back to the process of primer design and try to design a primer that will show results on a gel. We believe our primers may have been degraded or formed dimers, so picking primers that avoid that behavior would be ideal.

    1. DNA is damaged everyday due to natural causes such as radiation, replication errors, and toxic elements. It is unavoidable and almost every cell will experience DNA damage. Tetco61 is believed to be involved in the DNA repair process, not a DNA damaging agent.
