So a cluster is a group of phages that share 50% of their genome. It just gives us better understanding of what our phage can be used for. Especially when creating phage cocktails for phage therapies. It would be really convenient to know which phages are similar to our own phage.
Great job presenting. You may or may not know this but what information would the cluster tell you?

Great presentation! Was there any type of specific PPE that you had to use because you were working with bacteria?
We did not use any PPE. We just did the basics like washing our hands and not touching the plaques, etc.

Awesome presentation! How did your phage come about getting the name BubbleGup? Did you choose the name and why?
Haha. I was thinking of bubblegum when me and my lab partner were trying to name it and it was the first thing that came to mind.
