  1. Hey Alexi! Since you mentioned that further testing would be necessary to learn more about the DNA, what do you think you would find in those future tests? Do you think your phage would be able to work effectively against other bacterial infections?

    1. The further testing would allow for us to see what other bacteria it could infect through dna sequencing and analysis.

    1. Our DNA being cloudy and not being present allowed us to come to the conclusion that our DNA was very degraded. This was most likely due to contamination while conducting the experiment.

    1. Thanks Amanda! The web pattern plates are a necessary step in this pursuit for an individual phage. You could use different plates that are larger or have a slightly different gel, but you would need the plates.
