I would probably try our gene with different types of damage to see the full extent of it. I would also try the experiment with out our gene and measure other known gene expressions and see what happens.

It helped us convert the expressed RNA into DNA so we could see the expression. so basically see the expression of our gene.

Great presentation. I was wondering when you said that your primer annealed correctly to 392 bp means in regards to your procedure?

That was just how long our primer product was so it meant that our primer properly annealed and we could measure the expression.
