During the experimentation portion, were there any parts that were particularly difficult? Or a method that you had to repeat multiple times to receive proper results?
One of the experiments that was particularly tedious was the RNA extraction experiment. RNases are everywhere, so we had to be very aware of our surroundings and careful to avoid contamination. Luckily, all of our experiments produced positive results so we did not have to repeat any.
