Our absorbances for Lentinan were actually not a statistical HIT, so what I would recommend for future research is to continue testing different concentrations of Lentinan at different concentrations below the max dose to see if the absorbances are hits at a specific concentration.

For Lentinan there showed no evidence of growth prevention to the S. Typhimurium. We also could only do doses of 10% concentration or lower because that is the maximum dose allowed for a drug.
