  1. What evidence specifically has previously suggested that procyanidins have antimicrobial properties? Also, do you think you might get different results if you were to test against other strains of batería than Salmonella Typhimirium?

    1. Thank you! Based on our research into the different compounds in Cornelian cherries, proanthocyanidins had more evidence to suggest antimicrobial properties.

  3. How do you believe the proanthocyanidins would behave in environments warmer than everage human body temperature? Like a patient with a high fever?

    1. Thank you! We would find another compound in the class of proanthocyanidins that is present in Cornelian cherries to do further testing.
