    1. We would have to test how these particles would behave in the digestive system to see if it would be possible to put into pill form. It would be interesting to experiment on, including whether or not blood is a good enough liquid to suspend the particles in.

    1. We put varying amounts of the PdNP into the same amount of bacteria. The curve shows how effective the different concentrations were, with an inverse relationship being displayed between concentration of NP and absorption (bacterial growth).

    2. There is an inverse relationship between the concentration of PdNP and the absorption. This means that the more PdNP we added to the bacteria, the less the bacteria there was.

  1. As you mentioned, you would like to use a different bacteria to test nanoparticles. Can you go more into depth? What is an example of another bacteria?

    1. It would be informative to research how the PdNP interact with gram positive bacteria, since salmonella was gram negative. The different structures and their impact on NP effectiveness would be interesting to know.
