Do you have anything to suggest why no DNA bands appeared on the quality control gel although phages were known to be within the Lysate? LikeLike Reply
Its possible that there was an error in the way that the mix was made that produced no DNA, such as LikeLike Reply
Is there any possible explanation for why you didn’t get quality DNA aside from experimental error? Or is this only possible because of an error in loading or sample maintenance? LikeLike Reply
