    1. The main significance is just for classifying it. The cluster in general changes the use very little change in the function of the virus.

  2. Thank you for explaining for results so clearly! When analyzing which restriction enzymes will cut the DNA, how does this determine which cluster the phage belongs to?

    1. The cuts allow us to compare the results of the restriction digest to those of known phage in order to determine what cluster is most likely.

    1. We would need to get the primer from the University of Pittsburg, which runs the PhagesDB database we were working with.

    1. It is relatively unimportant, the images were mainly needed to confirm the family the phage belonged to.
