hydroxyurea causes dna damage by chain cleavages ! so it cuts the dna up. radiation could work in similar ways but varies. thank you ! LikeLike Reply

out primer validation worked really well ! if i could do it differently, i would change the way i did our rt-pcr as it didnt come out perfectly LikeLike Reply
