    1. I believe there was limited potential to develop good plaques to find phage from our soil. There was a potential to continue with our own sample instead of adopting but it might not have showed any phage DNA with the further experiments.

  1. What are the differences between A3 and A4 phages? What what do these differences mean for the conclusion (How would it being A3 result in different effects vs. it being A4)?

    1. The phages can be put into a cluster which is a group of similar phages. The subclusters are just slight separations of very similar phages. Cluster A is the largest cluster, our phage would fit into cluster A3 or A4 which would just help it to be grouped with similar phages. Then, a scientist could use these similar phages for a specific experiment or research since they have almost identical properties.
