  1. Great presentation! If you could do your experiment again, what would you do differently?

    1. If I were to do the experiment again I think I would try to find a phage that had a higher HTL, indicating higher efficiency, before proceeding to the experiments involving gel electrophoresis.

    2. If I were to do the experiment again I think I would try to find a phage that had a higher HTL, indicating higher efficiency, before further classifying my phage.

  2. Great presentation! You mentioned your results were similar to B cluster, what do the clusters mean for a phage?

    1. Phages in the same cluster have similar characteristics and therefore are likely to infect the same bacteria.

    2. I would first look at what bacteria was causing the respiratory infection in the chickens. I would then search the phage database for several phages that infect that bacteria and combine those in a phage cocktail to treat the chickens.

  3. Great job! You mentioned at the end of you presentation that sometimes phages were combined and data revealed it was beneficial in treating respiratory infections in chickens, if you were to experiment and do this, what phage would you combine with yours?
