I loved your presentation! You outlined the motivations behind your project well. I was wondering why you didn’t include the restriction digest that showed those interesting cut patterns. Did you make the poster before you could visualize that digest?
We probably could’ve included less DNAase to make sure that all of it was reacted and used up instead of leaving little extra bits causing the streaking

How could your phage be applied to broader issues like antibiotic resistance and drug therapy?

It’s lytic and perfectly capable of lysing bacteria meaning that it wouldn’t require additional gene modification as a temperate phage would.
