    1. Based off of phage enzyme tools, the ones we looked at, specifically for Hae III, had around 300 cuts. We are not sure what caused the lack of cuts. It happened to multiple groups in our lab, and it could be from the voltage we ran it at, or the length of time at a higher voltage that caused the enzyme to not cut properly.

    1. We would go through multiple serial dilutions in order to get fewer plaques on a plate, and (hopefully) successfully scrape one individual plaque of one phage that we can put on a new plaque assay, and do the same for the other until it is clear that each plaque has one individual phage type.

    1. The O cluster was the cluster that the contaminant “corndog” phage was known to be a part of. It was significant for us since our results did not allow a different cluster to be identified and tested, but it is not necessarily more significant than other clusters.
