The methods used for this Experiment included enrichment (and plaque assay), serial dilution for purification (and spot test), high titer lysate and its calculation, DNA isolation, quality control gel (was not used because we had to redo the DNA isolation), and restriction digest. future direction is to do PCR to determine what cluster our phage Torpedo is in.
