I really enjoyed your research project and your poster board! It gave some great insight into YeahhBoii. I did have one question, you said it took you a few attempts to get your gel from Figure 3. What were some of those issues you came across?
Very well done on both your project and presentation! Two things really stuck out to me. You mentioned lytic versus lysogenic in the beginning of your presentation. Is there more importantance for a phage to be either lytic or lysogenic when considering it for gene therapy? Could you go into a little more detail about the differences about the two?
Also, I found your note about how YeahhBoii could potentially be helpful in agriculture, but not gene therapy in humans, very fascinating. Could you expand a little bit more as to why that is and what specifically it could do in agriculture?
