  1. You mentioned that B1 Bomber isn’t a good candidate for therapy due to it’s temperate lifecycle, is there any way to stabilize a phage’s life cycles to make them more suitable for therapy?

    1. One way to stabilize a temperate lifecycle is through genetic modification by modifying the genetic makeup of phages, it may be possible to increase their stability and effectiveness.

  2. What were your controls for this experiment and how did that help validate your results?

    1. Repeating the process of DNA Isolation the future experiments would have shown up with higher quality to improve gel electrophoresis results.
