By re-doing that experiment we would hope to get a definite answer on whether the Qeurcetin and Chlorogenic acid solution was effective in targeting bacteria. The current results are inconclusive.
The main goal here is to eventually target Salmonella Typhi, in lab we use the serovar S. Typhimurium. The physical and chemical characteristics of bacteria largely determine which compounds it is weak against. These serovars are gram-negative, so if we wanted to search for other bacteria that could be targeted by the same compound that would be a great place to start!
